Fiddle Violin

Should I learn as a violin or a violin for the first time?
I want to take the violin. I understand that the violin and the violin are the same instrument, the different player – that will ultimately benefit me more to learn violin style and then expand to play the violin, or learn the violin style and expand it to violin? Ultimately I'd like to play either (although Ireland violin, in particular, has captured my interest). I have no career aspirations – I just want to be able to play.
study the style you want to play! a classical violin teacher may not be able to help you learn the violin very well. there are sounds that add character and interest of the violin that are not effective in classical style. a good teacher must teach classical eliminate sounds and that will not help you reach your goal. For example, you may notice that almost all classical violinists hold their violins quite high level in the soil. but many They are violinists download. This low position makes it more difficult to "hide changes" (moving from a high note to a lower note in the same chain without sliding noise), the classical players have to do, but are less interested in violinists. I feel as a technique of violinists' more relaxed allowed to do some things faster, it seems that they can play unslurred notes faster than the classic. Also, since many of the violinists also play mandolin (same chain), which often develop a faster pizzicato (plucking) technique that is expected of classical players. Classical players may feel that art of violin looks "sloppy", but really is not that the classic form is best, is only designed to make job better and playing classical techniques simply did not include some language found in music violin. oh! Also, these days is often the violin amplified. many classical players know nothing about art and the arts to do this! and may not be encouraged to practice if you do not like the repertoire of a classical master, of course, assign to you, and that is not the way you mean. There are people who play both styles, and you may be able to find a teacher well. but it is best to find a teacher who plays the way you want it to sound. many performers also teach lessons, So next time you see a local violinist you like, ask if they teach.

Vienna I Love $5.75 If Rieu is not the most outstanding purveyor of Viennese waltzes and similar light-hearted fare, he is certainly the most popular and well-known. There are plenty of fun pieces on this album, although, to be just a tad pedantic, more of it is Italian and French than remotely Viennese. But it’s all fun, and it’s all well-played. –Sarah Bryan Miller… |
